All is well, I’m getting a complete warranty.

I bought a new Innomax bed from John Hannon at the Loveland location. They didn’t have the model I ordered available, so I had to wait six weeks for my new mattress. It just got here, and honestly, it was totally worth the wait. I’ve only spent one night on it, but I already woke up feeling way better. Kudos to Innomax!!

The customer service at the Loveland location is outstanding. John Hannon knows his stuff. I got a call on Thursday evening letting me know my mattress would arrive Friday between 1:30 and 3:30, and it showed up around 3:00 PM. The delivery guys were super polite, and I felt at ease with them. The bed is just what we expected. I definitely recommend Innomax.

For more than 40 years, we've been using waterbeds, but when we thought about switching things up with Innomax, our perspective shifted! Mindi at the Denver warehouse shared insights about our waterbed that were totally new to us! She was super informative and really helpful in breaking things down for us! The ordering was pretty straightforward. The product is of good quality. It’s easy to get in touch and find out info. There’s some back-and-forth on pricing instead of just showing the price upfront. Plus, it’s been over a month since the first delivery, and I’m still waiting on the replacement sheets because they sent the wrong size. I really don’t get why it’s taking so long. Thankfully, it wasn’t a crucial part (though I did have to rush out and buy sheets for the mattress).

While shopping, we got help from a super knowledgeable sales representative. She had the answers to all our inquiries. We felt really good about our decision, and any doubts we had were cleared up. We're happy to suggest them to our pals who might be interested.

This bed is simply the best! The salesperson at the shop was incredibly helpful and super patient. I can't recommend InnoMax beds enough! I've struggled with back pain for most of my life, and being a stomach sleeper is a tough mix, I know... But this mattress lets me sleep on my stomach without any back pain. My husband, who sleeps on his side and has shoulder issues, also finds it comfortable. It really helps him avoid any shoulder pain. I just wish we had discovered InnoMax before wasting a bunch of cash on other mattresses.

I reached out for info and placed an order through a chat. At first, things were going smoothly, but after a while, the rep kept saying, 'I'll be with you in a minute.' He mentioned he was 'multitasking and not doing it very well.' Those interruptions got pretty frustrating, but I eventually managed to finish my order. The parts arrived on time and seem to have solved my issue.

A little tip for the chat team: Keep in mind what multitasking really means - 'juggling several tasks poorly at once.' They ought to tackle tasks in the order they come in and then move on, or maybe your company needs to hire more chat support staff.

Fantastic item. Amazing customer service. I messed up my air bed setup by not securing the hose connection to the pump right. The support team helped me out and made sure I fixed the issue correctly.

They kindly provided us with a choice: a replacement or, even better, a full credit towards an upgraded mattress. This also meant dealing with a tricky delivery to our home, which is nestled in a rural mountainous part of Colorado. After getting the new mattress delivered, we’re now enjoying some seriously comfy sleep. Innomax really went above and beyond, showing us just how much they value their customers. We can't recommend them enough!
